很久沒跑嗎 ? 暖身要注重喔 , 我跑完都會按摩大小腿跟腳踝 .
不然也許是負荷太大 , 跑少一點或慢點試試 . 還會酸痛就不要
勉強跑 , 等好了再跑不然變運動傷害就麻煩了 .

恩是很久沒跑了
不過我現在肌肉已經不會酸痛,就是腳踝部分還會痛,有可能暖身不夠,加上現在早晚天氣真的變涼了,跑了一二十分鐘還不大會出汗
