法是人定的,除了刑案,其他很多基於道德觀念的問題基本上都可以再考慮,
現在不行,難保以後也不行
社會再變,法令也要做相對應的修改以適應社會,而不是要社會一直去適應法律,
這樣法律只會成為進步的絆腳石
法律說不能就永遠不能嗎?
回到這個主題,為何不能做?有沒有考慮過這個問題?
好比同性婚姻,在台灣不行,可是在其他國家是完全合法的耶,
你該怎麼說呢?
到底是可以還是不可以?
這裡的問題是說,會造成小孩將來人格上的不健全發展
問題是社會上有許多單親家庭,小孩也沒有特別的人格偏差,雖然偏差的例子一樣有,但是不能以偏蓋全否認其他的例子
與其擔心這擔心那個,不如想辦法來解決單親家庭小孩可能的人格不健全發展,
而不是一位立法禁止這個,對另外的卻不聞不問...
