did you try FSB 166 AND RAM 166 setting?

I had an old case with K6 550, when MB is locked inside the case, there is no way to install OS, freeze half way [blue screen]. I took the MB out on a paper box, then XP, W2K all installed ok.
Because I read an article, the guy mentioned case electric insulation problem, causing instability.
