check with Howard Kaikow's Page File Usage Monitor, see what is your average usage,
I rarely use more than 100MB [ no game, or digital encoding, watch movie, surffing, word only]
So I put all the Page File to true ramdisk.[ also IE cache].

SD read and write 1,000,000 times, then no more.
