因為重灌電腦XP而在下載MSN的軟體都會出現下列的字串

You are not permitted to download the file "INSTALL_MSN_MESSENGER_DL.EXE".

不知道為什麼會出現這種問題且在其他網站下載軟體都會一樣出現這種問題
更好玩的是在雅虎的搜尋與電子信箱都無法使用如下列
