樓主你提的這近期似乎有兩部!
也不算近期啦!算這六年內吧!
小弟都在電影台看的!一部是凱撒琳利塔瓊斯有演!叫<鬼入侵>!
另外一部小弟還在找!不過另一部比較可怕因為另一部好像屋子之前是個殺人精神病院!
不過鬼入侵那部我記得沒錯也是翻拍您所謂提供的劇情!
