有人不開車,但是同樣的有人用更多啊,比方說貨運,航空...等等一天用上十幾二十公升的,一架747飛一次就至少吃掉20萬公升,還不提其他的飛航班次,每天航空用油量恐怕200 萬+ 跑不掉
何況他是說三天的民生+戰備油,
民生用油不一定全是交通工具,很多東西都要用油,火力發電,工廠機械運作,每個人每天或多或少都會用到,
所以我覺得6930 萬公升可能還太少
