Should the Reseller require material in excess of 30,000 MTW per month, then an additional deposit computed at a rate to be determined as 10 percent (10%) of the current sale price per MTW of the goods requested times to total quantity to be shipped per annum, shall be required from the Reseller within 5 calendar days from notification of the issuance of a contract that would exceed the monthly shipping allotment of 30,000 MTW.
