PRCNM is used to quick change String Name of the AMD Athlon XP processors and AMD Duron processors with CPUID 680h when Windows starts. Besides, it can enter the processor the low power state and initiate a FID transition for the mobile processor. Just create a shortcut to PRCNM and place it into the Startup folder.
