The availibility dates have also been set. The dates above are chipset/card delivery-to-factory dates. So you have to add some weeks before you can get them in stores. Of course anything can be changed by ATi at will and they have done so a lot of times.
These dates don't say anything about the date when reviews will appear since samples will be available in two weeks.
My own speculation when looking at the dates is:
It looks like they are targeting to have availibility of the new SM3.0 line before the holiday season. ATi will first release the R520XL - hence Beginning of October - which will be faster than the GF7800GTX. They probably expect nVidia to release a GF7800Ultra soon after they launch the R520XL. That's where the R520XT comes in - hence End of October. It will be faster than anything nVidia have to offer.
So in short it's:
September: RV515
October: R520
November: RV530
Of course RV530 will tell us more about R580 since they partly share some new innovations. I'm expecting ATi to have the upper hand when it comes to IQ.
And of course you have probably read about the speculation of a 450Mhz R520 card that will reach about 7200 points in 3dMark2005. I'm suspecting that the persons who leaked this info didn't release that ATi had something faster in the docks. I think this was the R520LE although the memory speed of the LE kinda through me off. 250Mhz DDR is kinda slow and leads to even less memory bandwidth than my old R9700Pro. So this either means that the R520LE is really a toned down card when it comes to pipelines (16 pipelines?) and is just blazing fast thanx to some uberpipeline architecture... or ATi have done something to their memorycontroller to make it fast.
I think it's save to assume that the R520LE is 16 pipelines @ 450Mhz. Currently the Radeon850XT scores a bit above 6k in 3dm2k5. If ATi really did manage to significantly tweak their pipelines and make it faster, 450Mhz could be enough to boost 16 pipelines to a 1k higher score. But again, this is all speculation from my part.
Once I get final 3dMark scores, pipeline config, etc I'll get back to you a.s.a.p.
