不過我來做個報告,說明一下富士通的處理方式
因為富士通的硬碟版上少人用,相對少人討論,可以做為以後網友維修參考
我在去年看到crazylan和當機兄的建議,有打去給精技
精技客服告訴我過保了,所以不能為我做維修
可是crazylan兄有送過20G的,這顆應該比我的40G 7200rpm來得舊
反而是20G的沒過保,還可以送修換成這一兩年新出來的ExcelStor
我的硬碟上,精技貼的是91年2月8日,以去年要送精技時也還未滿三年
所以覺得很納悶
而我有寫英文信給日本富士通,富士通給我的回信如下,表明不接受RMA

Unfortunately we Fujitsu Japan do not manage the RMA and
then we do not provide the RMA form.
Therefore in regard with the RMA, please consult with the
following nearest sales and support office which is having
all responsibility of our products in your local area.

By the way, we have defined the warranty peirod as follows;
We and our Overseas Sales Companies (OSCs) have the contract
with the direct OEM customers (distributers, resellers and
shops) regarding the warranty period.
The warranty period is one of the contract between direct
OEM customers and our OSCs. This period is defined by the
contract between direct OEM customers and our OSCs.
This period is valid when defective HDD is returned from
direct OEM customer to us and our OSCs.
Your HDD has only the warranty period that is defined by
the contract between you and the shop where bought HDD.
Namely we and our OSCs do not have the contract with you
regarding the warranty period directly.
Therefore please consult with the shop where you bought HDD
regarding repair or replacement.
