嗯!到建身房找器材用會好一點!
不然自己在家做!會很容易受傷!
假如你有看過棒球選手熱身!趴在地上!兩手放前!
然後起來雙手雙腳離地!只有肚子在地上!但這姿勢不對!
就會受傷@@
到健身房用那個把後腳撐住的器材!
可以手放背後!或是可以雙手抱重量盤!
比較不會受傷!屁股也會練到!
