機殼要對流的話，
可以在前面加裝抽入的風扇，
然後在後面加裝抽出的風扇，
這樣散熱就會比較好了。
當然用電風扇吹也是有用啦。
不過其實你的CPU溫度還算正常，
但是顯示卡的溫度好像太高了一點，
或許可以考慮換個好一點的顯示卡散熱器~~~
