我寫了將近 20 年的程式(從國小玩 6502 開始，我還沒多老咧)，或許組合語言與組譯器上看不出差異，但是使用 C 編譯器，我想許多人早就發表過意見了，在 k7/k8/Dothan/Banias 可是快過 p4 不少的，我之前舉出的網站上都有測試數據，從 linux 與 windows，gnu gcc/g++ 與 M$ VSC/VSC.net 都有許多人的測試數據，請自行查閱。像是 java 這種 interpreter 的語言與其編譯器的也都是 k7/k8/Dothan/Banias 這種 IPC 高 pipeline 短的 cpu 的天下，勸您有空試試或是看看這些評比，就知道差很多了。
