For Listening: Watching English movies without reading the subtitles, listening to the radios, or watching news like CNN or BBC...

For Reading: Try having a look at English newspaper....most of 7-11s have English newspaper like Taipei Times. Also, looking up the words you don't know by using an English-English Dictionary (英英字典).

For Speaking: Try finding someone who could speak English with you and talk with him in English.



It seems that watching news such as CNN or BBC is not a proper way to improve English skill for those one who doesn't get it in English. BBC & CNN both come with heavy UK accent, students in Taiwan have learned US accent for years.
I consider ICRT radio is a better solution.
