For Listening: Watching English movies without reading the subtitles, listening to the radios, or watching news like CNN or BBC...
For Reading: Try having a look at English newspaper....most of 7-11s have English newspaper like Taipei Times. Also, looking up the words you don't know by using an English-English Dictionary (英英字典).
For Speaking: Try finding someone who could speak English with you and talk with him in English.

"Improve" will be much more proper than "pick up," at least I've never seen anyone use "pick up" in this way.........

I wanna get a person to practice for speaking . but seems it is hard.
I think that increasing vorcabulary is important as well.so i memorize 20 frequent using words a day.

I have a son , and his age is already 17.He is a bit good at studies so that taking little time to figure out the ability of 鮮卑 languaege and of lute which we teached him. By this capability in his office work , he was popular ,and he got a high rating.
What the fuck is this...I have a year of keeping out of English.Anyway, this is a nice opportunity to improve my poor English.
Indeed, i prefer to Japanese .
