按照軍法應該要判死刑吧....
除非能舉出精神方面的疾病還有的凹
外島地區只要攜械逃亡也是死刑(現在不知有沒有改..)
強姦唯一死刑,結夥搶劫也是死刑...

對空鳴槍罪不致死吧~~頂多用毀損軍用品辦你吧~~
不過軍中很黑的~很難講他會再用啥莫須有的罪名套到你身上~
