財前醫生也是很用心的人
他到臨死前
還是想著 要里見醫生當癌症中心的內科負責人
這其實是財前跟里見兩個人的對比吧
財前：不擇手段，卻能攀上高峰，結局卻死於癌症...
里見：堅持理想，雖不能攀上高峰，但能保有自身的純淨..

其實財前不能說是壞人
他一樣想改革醫療體制
但是要獲得改革的力量，就必須先站上體制的高位
而一個年輕醫師想快速站上這個位置勢必需要用非常的手段
財前的錯是太專心於地位的爭取，忽略了病人
