因為小弟有在菲律賓念過一年書!所以不是亂講的@@
菲律賓五十年前就有捷運了說!但是也就停在那時後到現在完全沒變!
所以可想而知...........
我還是對台灣有信心啦!韓國行我們怎麼不行!
