弟猜想會不會是故障了?
是否先送原廠修看看再說?
不然就是作業系統版本的問題
該不會他用的作業系統正好沒有DVD-RAM的驅動?
或是把機器拿到別台電腦去作對照測試
確定一下機器本身是正常無故障呢?
幾點建議提供參考...^^

他用XP SP2，應該是沒有問題才是。
交叉測試我就沒辦法了。他可能沒辦法或沒有多餘主機做到。
有沒有機器本身故障還要跟他確認看看。

我也是買lg4163b的 5.7購買 我覺得還不錯用阿 我只燒盜版pc和ps2遊戲及一些恐怖影片 目前都很好用 燒錄聲音真的蠻低的 而且我只買了2500元 挺便宜的 至於你朋友的問題 它都有附一片cd阿 軟體都在cd裡面的 你朋友要不要再好好看一下阿 還有真的要用理光的燒錄片 真的超級合的
