Windows XP Professional x64 Edition

Thank you for your interest in the Beta Evaluation Program. Windows XP Professional x64 Edition has released to manufacturing, so the program is now closed. Windows XP Professional x64 Edition will be generally available for purchase by the end of April 2005 at OEMs, System Builders and Software Distributors. A trial software program enabling customers to evaluate the final operating system for 180 days will also be available by the end of April.

Windows XP Professional x64 Edition is designed to address the most demanding business needs of technical workstation users who require large amounts of memory and floating point performance in areas such as mechanical design and analysis, digital content creation, and scientific and high-performance computing applications.
