記的幾年前我還再上高中的時候,老師有提到
只要有喝酒,不管女方意識是否清醒,事後女方若是反悔,男的都可能會被告
因為只要喝了酒,意識與判斷力絕對會受影響
不過也要看其他的事證是否成立...
(但是這僅限在加拿大...)
