是我沒寫清楚還是你沒看懂 
心理系大學畢業是不能考執照的
碩士以上才能考
精神科是醫學院的體系，名稱是叫精神科醫師而不是心理醫師
兩種專業截然不同
所以不是合不合法的問題
而是台灣沒有所謂心理醫師的執照
但有精神科醫師、臨床心理師、還有諮商師
負責的項目以及專業都是有所不同的 |
