Don't say that, since everybody's has some understanding about English, it's just the practice and determination that matters.
It's nice to see 13 years old or so children be able to communicate through English.
I OFTEN make grammar mistakes, but I don't afraid of using English, because I like to practice and use it.
May everyone enjoys English as a window to the world.

Agree, I don't practice English often. I think if I used it more often, I might be much better in English now. I really should practice more because I usually make grammar or spell mistakes. And now, this is a chance to practice English.
