我不確定是不是這個原因啦，
不過我想你Linux的開機磁區是裝在MBR，
那你要不要試試在Format硬碟之後，
先用開機磁片開機去下fdisk /mbr這個指令，
然後再去重灌Windows呢？
希望這可以幫的上忙，謝謝！
