You need to put OXFW911 into force-flash mode
To put the OXFW911 into force-flash mode, proceed as follows:
1 Fit jumper JP2 on the board (to short-circuit pin 57).
2 Power-up the OXFW911 board.
3 Connect the OXFW911 board to the 1394 bus.
4 Remove jumper JP2.
Note: You also need Oxford160GB.zip(download it from
http://www.triumphtech.com/Driver/Oxford160GB.zip),
then read "fw9/readme.txt" after installation
