不需要裝多國語言的那個東西
去 control panel 裡的 Regional and Language Option 裡面改就可以了
第二個 tab. 選裝 Install file for East Aisan labguage
第三個 tab select a lanugage to match language for non-unicode... 選 Chinese(taiwan)
再回去第二個 tab text service and input language 選輸入法.. 注音是 "phonetic"
