Thank you for your e-mail.

About the online RMA creation which only suitable for Europe at moment, you can sent the defective drive to Malaysia - our collection centre for replacement. You should pay the fee to post it to Malaysia and we will pay the post back fees. Actually we are discussing with Xander about to handle the drives which not distributed by them, hopefully it can be sloved in the following weeks.

I've sent another email to you about the RMA creation process, please check it out.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. In order to allow us to deal with all enquiries as efficiently and accurately as possible we would ask that you include any previous emails when replying to us.

中間框起來的那句話算是個重點
Maxtor目前跟X達(英文+中文..)正在談
以後就算並非由建達經手的硬碟,也可以在建達報修。
這對用有用Maxtor硬碟的玩家是個不錯的消息...
