一個好像德系的老外接的
第一句話就是hello,我嚇了 一跳,趕緊問:do you speak chinese?
他說:no
我想說死了...就說了一些破英文
因為我想問研討會的時間地點,卻不知道怎麼問
他有點不耐煩了,說 You got 3 minutes.

The guy picked up the call was rude. "You got 3 minutes!" is definitely a "governmnet agency" type of tone. It should not be happening in an acadamic institute. Don't worry about it!! He is the one should worry about the fact that he does not speak Chinese.
