話說全世界只有中華電信一間ISP嗎 只有他有垃圾信問題嗎
就是管理做的不好 才會這樣的問題 難道一句我做了 就可以了嗎
那其他用戶的損失就是應該 活該 要是有其他競爭公司他敢這樣嗎

就算有其他公司競爭,以只是治標不治本
斬草不除根,春風吹又生,
發垃圾信的人還在,設備也在,ISP頂多斷線,沒權力沒收設備,
今天斷線,明天換人頭換地址申請新專線繼續發,
有再好的管理若是沒有法令的支持,也只是綁手綁腳
