結果你猜那些民營業者參與的幾件？？
答案是....

只想坐享其成 爽爽的數鈔票就好
什麼基礎的網路建設都不想做 迴路用華電的 機房跟華電租
這樣的經營心態 就算迴路開放了 我們的網路服務又能進步多少......

還有一個很好笑的例子...
當初說,要開個固網公司,需要鋪設一定長度的線路,比方說一百公里好了
一條光纜內有96條光纖,中華電信的鋪法是:整條從頭到尾一百公里的光纜裡面96條光纖一根不少...
其他民營業者的鋪法變成,因為一條光纜裡有96條光纖,所以光纜裡的光纖總長度100公里即可...於是民營業者只鋪了1.042公里...
這種鋪法不是擺明了我只要坐在旁邊納涼,然後跳出來跟華電便宜的租頻寬跟迴路就好?
