ISP那方已經架設防火牆等過濾機制了,還想怎樣?檢查每封信的內容嗎?
歐美等國家都有針對spam訂出管制的法令,惟獨台灣沒有
若是單靠防火牆與過濾機制又能有多少效益?

不然你到說說有時麼辦法可以減少垃圾郵件?
用戶擅自發送垃圾信,是用戶的問題,
用戶自行架設的主機,甚至自己的域名,然後租用hinet的線路,
在沒有確切的證據証明進行違法活動,或是其他客戶投訴的情況下ISP是不能干擾用戶主機的用途,頂多流量過大斷線(台灣我是不知有沒有這條規定啦),在這個前提下管理當然有困難,文中也提到了:
"台灣的垃圾郵件管理辦法遲遲不通過，中華電又不能掌控客戶的行為，根本兩面不是人。"
所以當然是那些發垃圾信的人該死
在抱怨hinet之前,先敦促民代通過垃圾郵件管理辦法吧,
沒法可治,當然垃圾郵件商會無法無天,
人民自己不爭取權利,只會報怨又有何用?
