而且日本美加等地區國民所得比我們還高好多
但是網路硬是比我們便宜
我還是支持開放用戶迴路
而且我認為可以透過立法規來規範民營業者來共同維護迴路
例如多少的用戶就需繳多少稅給政府

日本是比較便宜沒錯啦...
但是美加地區就不一定了
價格是兩倍,速度是1/4
外加流量限制...
我已經用網路用到想罵人了...
還有人只要頻寬其餘免談是吧,給你100M/100M然後來個15GB/m的流量限制如何?
