「硬碟」在儲存中地位其實也沒不堪到那種地步
對PC而言，扣除記憶體(DRAM)外(沒電後資料會消失，而且很貴)
傳統的磁碟機算是第一線能長時間存放資料的媒體
再來才是光碟存儲(含MO,CD,DVD...)，還有更次一線的磁帶機等

結語是：光、磁兩種儲存是共生共榮的，兩者各有優缺，各有專責
也無需說光儲存多可靠穩定，就將磁儲存貶抑到好像一無可取

所以 Magneto Optical是很可靠的。但是MO Drive不太可靠
