這是頻寬的關係
目前中華電信 還不能支援多點廣播
所以會因為你的連線數量(使用者)增加....塞爆你的上傳頻寬
其實這樣的 機制...小弟在以前某網路電視 公司 也是這樣搞 
只是當時必須使用更高階的影像擷取卡  7千一張... |
對阿~項如果我知道同時有2個人要看的時候~我會將上傳設在200k 左右~
這樣可以同時兩個人看而不會 lag ,像現在我自己看的時候~就設成 400 k
也算是滿清楚了~不知道何時台灣才能有像日本有 12M/1M 的速度阿~~
