LigandFit
LigandFit 是一個用來發現藥物的程式, 主要是計算及研究分子的位置或不同的結構, 能否和目標的蛋白質產生交互作用。
簡略說明 (看圖說故事)
左邊的圖, Current Protein Target, 就是眾 Ligand 要拿來配對的目標蛋白質。
右邊的圖是分子的 3D 結構, 即 Ligand, 每次運算, 我們的電腦都會下載數百個 Ligand 來和左邊的蛋白質配對。
