我的啟亨9500 pro壞了>.<"

前陣子用的好好的啟亨9500pro突然掛了,畫面出現條紋狀..........
問啟亨又說只有一年保..............
已mail給ATI原廠,但是他們回信給我的內容看不懂.........
在此想請有送ATI原廠經驗的網兄幫忙解釋一下,謝謝 ^_^
mail內容如下:

Regarding your warranty service:

The RADEON 9500 cards have limited 3 year warranty. Based on the Part
