小弟的穿法，由內至外，長袖衛生衣→羊毛衣→Marmot Arrow→純防風外套，
之前低於10°C在 台北←→淡水 騎車，都還OK!!
其他裝備，全罩式安全帽、雜牌防風手套、牛仔褲。

我之前說的是指如果只想以一兩件禦寒的情況下
羽絨衣或是化纖還是比較暖
三層式穿法如果像我以ATV當最外層
一定不如你用純防風外套來的好
因為ATV透氣性真的太好了
