System Idle Process 是指電腦的未使用的狀態
System Idle Process 99 就是CPU有百分之99是處與未使用的狀態
當你開啟多項程式時 System Idle Process 的數字便會減少
norton 刪除不了是正常的, 要是被刪除了才真的是有問題呢
