我轉貼別人的方法有2：

1.
Ctrl-P ->
Components ->
ID3v2 tag support ->
勾選 Decode and write ISO-8859-1 tags using system codepage(non-standard)

若還是亂碼，只要在(playlist下right-click)Properties按Reload
info from file即可。

2.
使用舊版的ID3v2.dll，
