有關個人拍賣2手商品的問題新聞理已經說得很清楚了......
至於在網路拍賣二手貨物的課稅問題，國稅局官員說，如果買進二手商品販賣，由於已經有「買進賣出」的行為，所以不論營業額高低，都必須要繳稅；而販賣個人二手商品，像是自小客、衣物、家具(新聞、網站、商品)這類商品都免稅，但如果是「經常性」交易，則由國稅局採事實認定標準查核。
