Downloads are fairly large. Please have patience when downloading work.
Expected runtime is 20 hours per workunit give or take. Timeouts are 2weeks for cpu time and 3 weeks for wall clock time.
The application is called Rosetta and checkpoints happen on a regular basis at the end of a structure. Rosetta is fairly memory intensive and takes about 70MB of ram and 300MB of virtual ram. If you feel this is too much for your co...
