I used Alcohol 120% to burn the cd successfully...

1.) Open Image Burning Wizard

2.) Select "Longman.Dictionary.Of.Contemporary.English.(4Th.Edition).iso" then click NEXT

3.) Set Write Method to [RAW DAO] and set Datatype to [SafeDisc2]

4.) Burn it!
