I stumbled across a site not long ago by accident and people there are terrific TOEFL takers. They are mostly of Indian and European origin and are seeking either a career or further studies in the US. Sign up to their forum and use it wisely, a good TOEFL mark should be on your way.I am sure it is going to be extremely helpful because scoring 250+ at CBT is a norm there.

I don't recommend listening to the British accent, the likes of BBC, if you are taking TOEFL, but their articles are very good to expand your vocabulary and knowledge. TOEFL is all about American accent and test taking strategy.
