今日收到日立客服的來信, 說今日已將硬碟寄出, 以下是來信內容:

Your replacement drive was shipped to you on 2004-10-13. Please
allow 10 business days for your replacement product to be delivered.

For drive:
Part number - #07N9209
Serial number - #A3G6????

我查這兩顆硬碟的序號, 新硬碟的序號似乎保固沒有延長,
但舊硬碟的序號已被銷毀.

我跟你相同

但我的sn 跟我原本的sn都相同
保固也一樣
等到收到 hd 在看看吧
我以前寄回來的和原本那顆不同 sn.....但保固好像都相同
