送修已經有一段時間了
我上網察詢 RMA 的狀態

Status check inputs > Received but not shipped
RMA number: 62645666
The returned defective hard disk drive was received and the replacement hard disk drive has not been shipped yet.

Defective hard disk drive received on September 16, 2004
Please be aware that you may experience a delay in receiving your replacement disk drive based on stock availability. If product is available, your replacement order will be processed within 14 working days after the receipt of your defective disk drive.
請問一般不是兩個星期就會送回嗎?
未啥 我查詢RMA status 已經快兩個星期了
看英文的意思好像連 送出...

它說:
If product is available, your replacement order will be processed within 14 working days after the receipt of your defective disk drive.
14 working days:
14個工作天,通常週末跟假日都不算working day.
after receipt of your defective disk drive:
從收到你的壞硬碟那天開始(而不是從建立RMA那天開始)
If product is available:
這邊應該是指如果有同型的存貨可以給你的話.
(沒貨的話可能更久).
