I have Voodoo3 3000 (AGP, C355A chip). It has no problem to use it with Winfast TV2000 XP Expert.
I also have AverMedia UltraTV PCI 550 but I did not try to put it with Voodoo3. So I can't tell you exactly compatible or not but I think should be no problem.
