1.Start your registry editor (regedt32.exe or similar).
2.Find this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
3.Find this on the key: "C:\Program Files\F-Secure\Common\FSM32.EXE" /splash
4.Now, just remove "splash" from the line, save everything and restart your computer.
