Dear Peter,
My AIW 9800 PRO was purchased in the USA months ago.
And I can assure that it's a genuine ATI retail product.
The packaging box is still well kept at my place.
This card is now obviously defective, for that it displays a lot of artifacts on the screen ever since POST. I've already tested it in the other computers, and hence I found out that it's the source where the artifacts come from.
I hope that you can help me to solve my difficulty.
Please grant my RMA petition.
