最近在玩遊戲時已呈現嚴重破的狀態,真不敢相信它的夀命會這魔短....一歲,
mail到ATI獲得如下結果,我想ATI大概不想修了:

ATI has not distributed any BUILT BY ATI AIW 9800 PRO products in your
region. For this reason, the warranty service is likely not provided
through ATI directly. Where did you purchase your AIW 9800 PRO? Do you
still have the box? You will likely need to contact either the vendor or
the company listed on the gift box for warranty service.
As well, the issues you are experiencing may not be caused by the
hardware. Please reply directly to this email with a completed ATI problem
report to allow us to evaluate if there are any other likely causes.

不是"大概"不想修 , 是跟你說你不用寄了 , 因為他根本沒在台灣販售AIW , 所以拒收!
其實這種服務態度我很不爽 , 台灣冶天不賣AIW是事實 , 但是若ATI看不起台灣人不在台灣鋪貨也請直接在AIW盒子上大大寫著" The Warranty Service is
NOT provided through ATI directly for TAIWAN region " ! 哪有人買了才跟你說因為你居住地不在美國所以不提供保固 , 這種情形我認為算是隱瞞式的欺騙 , 台灣人也是用同樣價錢去買AIW的 , 憑什麼就算是在美國買但是住在台灣就沒保固 ?
我個人是目前的AIW 8500DV掛了就算了 , 絕對不再買任何AIW產品 , 我買一張遊戲卡加上一張電視卡也不會比較差而且選擇彈性也較大 , 而且重點是心情比較好 , 不會被當成次等公民買了那麼貴的東西卻沒保固 !
ATI和Maxtor一樣對台灣都有歧視保固 , 我認為應該拒買 !
